The pain had appeared when I looked up the ceiling, 3 months ago. And it had never gone away. So I googled and came to Ligare. The pain had been constantly there, which made me nervous if it might go worse... The bad posture had been also my concern, which made me go chiropractic office.
~The first visit~
She feels pain when look up the ceiling and by rotating neck to right & left.
Her neck posture looks like crane neck; neck position go front.
~Course of treatment~
The range of movement improved by 4th visits, however the pain by looking up didn't go away by then. Treatment was continued with advising to improve the posture. The symptom gradually changed from 7th treatment. The chief complain mostly went away at the 9th treatment.
She visit our office twice a month by then, now changed to once a month basis for prevention.
~Comment from Chiropractor: Dr. Kawaguchi~
The neck pain was caused by hypertension of neck muscle. She uses PC for work whole day. That made her a bad posture to watch PC screen and made neck muscles high-tension.
It takes a while for chronic symptom to cure in many cases, however by adjusting neck joints the symptom gradually started to change.
In many cases, patients give up the chronic symptoms with being afraid if this pain continues forever. That's a huge stress in daily life. Why don't you visit a chiropractic office, if you have similar problems?
